Like a great solar wind, the Morning Glory is a powerful plant, capable of wrapping itself around fence posts, trees, garden walls, or anything else that comes in its path. It is truly a plant of the fire elemental. For this reason it must be planted cautiously around cultivated areas. But the display of colorful blue flowers that will emerge for only one day each is a glorious sight. In the painting with the Morning Glory is the Western Blue Skink, with its striking blue tail.

This fine giclee print is one of the latest to be printed from the Flower Spirit Collection, just released in October 2005. It measures 21" X 29" unframed, and is printed with fine quality inks on archival paper. The inks are lightfast and will last a lifetime. The edition is limited to 150 and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
